The Role
We are looking for a Client Delivery Manager to own the client relationship from contract signature through go-live for our European client base. This is a senior, client-facing role that sits at the intersection of structured finance expertise and operational delivery. You will report to the VP of Client Solutions and work closely with the Client Solutions Architect to ensure every onboarding is delivered on time, on scope, and to a standard that makes clients want to expand.
Our European clients are sophisticated institutional investors, banks, and lenders operating in private credit and asset-based finance. To succeed in this role you need to understand their world — the instruments, the language, the pressures — and be able to translate that understanding into delivery outcomes they trust. This is not a project coordination role; it is a relationship and delivery ownership role.
What You Will Do
- Own the client relationship from contract signature through go-live — primary point of contact throughout the onboarding process
- Manage onboarding timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple active clients simultaneously
- Identify and manage scope creep in real time — route commercial requests to Sales, shield the Integrations team from negotiation
- Work alongside the Client Solutions Architect at defined onboarding milestones: kickoff, first data review, and go-live sign-off
- Translate client requirements into structured delivery briefs for the Integrations team
- Distribute client intelligence internally — feeding Product, Integrations, and Sales with what you learn on the ground
- Identify upsell and expansion signals during onboarding and route them to Sales with full context
- Contribute to onboarding processes, playbooks, and delivery standards as the European business scales
What You Bring
- 5+ years in client-facing delivery, implementation management, or client success in fintech, SaaS, data platforms, or fund administration
- Solid working knowledge of structured finance: securitizations, ABS structures, loan tapes, cash flow waterfalls — you understand client operations well enough to earn their confidence
- Experience owning technical onboardings with senior stakeholders at European institutional clients — banks, asset managers, trustees, or alternative lenders
- Strong communication and relationship management skills — comfortable engaging with VP and director-level client counterparts
- Organised and accountable — you manage multiple concurrent onboardings without losing quality or client trust
- High ownership mindset: you define what needs to happen, align the right people, and take responsibility for the outcome
- Fluent English required; Italian is a strong plus
- Nice-to-have: familiarity with data onboarding concepts (field mapping, transformation logic, reconciliation); SQL or data tooling experience; prior experience at a high-growth scale-up.
