Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: ensure projects and plans meet objectives and stay on time/budget.
- Client Support: assist Client Manager with client liaison and administration.
- Activation Units Management: definition of briefs for unit activations in line with clients’ KPIs and business objectives.
- Keep updated on the Client’s marketplace through competitor reviews and reading.
- Develop strong working relationships with clients.
- Ensure client needs are met quickly, efficiently and completely with defined timings and a high‑quality output for all activities.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in international agencies.
- Strong understanding of paid media (on & offline) planning principles.
- Great client relationship skills, with the ability to engage high‑profile stakeholders using the appropriate tone and approach.
- Good level of English, spoken and written.
- Excellent organizational and relational skills.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, proactivity and autonomy in day‑to‑day project management.
- Positive attitude, team spirit and a strong commitment to excellence in client service.
