Join our store in Fidenza as a Full‑Time Client Advisor, reporting directly to Store Management. Your role is to transform each client experience into magical moments, building authentic, long‑term bonds while driving sales results.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the selling floor to inspire both individual and team success.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of luxury clients’ desires, needs, and expectations.
- Innovate continuously by proposing fresh ideas to enhance client value and create memorable moments.
- Transform each client experience into magical moments and build authentic, long‑term bonds with them.
- Drive sales results with accountability.
Qualifications
- Caring, authentic, and trusted approach as a client advisor, with a genuine passion for style and luxury fashion.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle clients with empathy and put them at the centre of every decision.
- Courage to share ideas and innovate, with a willingness to grow and learn.
- Experience in luxury retail or a similar client‑facing role.
- Fluency in Italian and English is essential; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
- Ability to develop meaningful client relationships using CRM tools and initiatives.
- A proactive and team‑oriented mindset, ready to contribute to collective success.
