We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and relationship-driven Seasonal Client Advisor to anchor our team in one of the world's most glamorous destinations. You will be the face of our brand, curating memorable, personalized shopping journeys for our discerning international clientele.

Key Contributions to the Role

  • Elite Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with both loyal and new clients, consistently exceeding expectations and anticipating their luxury needs.
  • Ready‑to‑Wear Expertise: Act as the primary expert, offering in‑depth product knowledge, personalized styling advice, and tailoring suggestions.
  • Sales Performance & Strategy: Drive and achieve ambitious individual and team sales targets, contributing significantly to the overall commercial success of the seasonal Capri boutique.
  • Impeccable Service Delivery: Provide a personalized and outstanding shopping experience that embodies the luxury standards and values of our brand at all times.
  • Boutique Presentation: Collaborate with the team on visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring the boutique environment is always pristine, inspiring, and aligned with global brand guidelines.
  • Operational Excellence: Support all stock management procedures, including inventory checks, restocking, and accurate point‑of‑sale transactions, ensuring seamless daily operations.
  • Brand Ambassador: Actively participate in exclusive store events and client engagement activities designed to enhance brand visibility and drive customer loyalty during the high season.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Client Advisor or similar client‑facing role (2+ years), preferably within luxury retail, with a strong focus on Ready‑to‑Wear or high‑ticket fashion items.
  • Client Focus: A deep passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a demonstrated ability to cultivate and manage meaningful client relationships (CRM experience is a plus).
  • Communication Skills: Strong, polished communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with a diverse and exclusive international client base.
  • Goal Orientation: A self‑starter attitude, highly goal‑oriented, and a collaborative team player committed to achieving and surpassing store targets.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for visual merchandising, quality control, and an understanding of the presentation standards required in a luxury environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Italian is highly valued, and additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Mandarin) are a significant advantage for serving our international visitors.
