Client Advisor - Rinascente Milano

We are currently looking for a Client Advisorbased inRinascente - Milan. As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.

Key responsibilities:

- Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers.
- Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.
- Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge.

Requirements:

- Fluency in Italian and English. Other languages are cosiderated as plus.
- Minimum 2 yearof relevant experience in luxury retail.
- Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques.- Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal andcommunication skills.- Strong team player.
