For one of the most relevant Stores in Diesel’s European network – Orio al Serio – we are now recruiting a new Part‑Time 20h Client Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Act and think first of the client and their experience, with an in‑depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients.
• Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in‑store experience at all times.
• Be a master at storytelling and the art of asking engaging questions.
• Create a long‑term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them.
• Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
• Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
• Be proactively engaged in cross‑selling with all departments and maximise sales opportunity to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Prove brand and product schizophical.
• Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display to a high standard, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
• Contribute to ensuring a high level שהם.
