We are currently looking for Part Time (30H) Client Advisors to join our Diesel Flagship Store in Milano San Babila .

Key Responsibilities

  • Act and think first of the client and their experience, possessing an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients.
  • Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in‑store experience at all times.
  • Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions.
  • Create a long‑term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them.
  • Maintain suitable product displays for windows and interior (collection, sale) through regular VM activities.
  • Create a magical environment that reflects the soul and aspirations of OTB.
  • Contribute to maintaining displays and collection image standards, following the VM Corporate Image guidelines.
  • Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, driving individual and team objectives and being accountable for sales results.
  • Be proactively engaged in cross‑selling with all departments, maximizing sales opportunity to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prove brand and product knowledge.
  • Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display to a high standard, complying with.
  • Contribute to ensuring a high level of security, preventing product thefts by tagging garments and merchandise on the floor.
  • Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, staying up to date with new fashion trends and competitors.
  • Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
  • Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and creating a hand‑crafted experience to achieve the best sales performance.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales roles is a plus; experience in structured fashion luxury/retail companies is a plus; passionate about retail, client service and a commercial mindset.
  • Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to evolve within the organization; willingness to relocate is a plus.
  • Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
  • Strong competencies in decision making, strategic thinking, financial acumen, innovation, focus on customer and execution.
