Job Responsability

• Deliver an elevated and memorable in-store experience, embodying Canali’s brand values.
• Build authentic relationships with clients, understanding both expressed and unexpressed needs, and tailoring the experience accordingly
• Act as a trusted style advisor, guiding clients through a refined and personalized selling ceremony
• Develop long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and after-sales care
• Contribute to the success of the boutique by achieving individual and team performance targets
• Promote and integrate the Made to Measure and MeByCanali services within the client journey

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or a high-end customer-focused environment
• Strong sensitivity to client experience, with a natural ability to build trust and long-lasting relationships
• Knowledge of Made-to-Measure is considered a strong asset
• Team-oriented mindset combined with a proactive and autonomous approach
• Comfortable with digital tools supporting clientelling and sales activities
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage
• Understanding of retail operations, including sales processes and stock management
