The Opportunity
ZIMMERMANN is seeking a Client Advisor CDD - 21h to join our Florence Boutique team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional client experiences, representing the ZIMMERMANN brand with confidence, care, and attention to detail on the shop floor.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about luxury fashion, thrives in a refined retail environment, and values building meaningful, long‑term relationships with clients. In this role, you will work closely with your team to achieve boutique goals, uphold impeccable presentation standards, and create memorable, personalised experiences that reflect the essence of ZIMMERMANN.
Key Responsibilities
As a Client Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Achieving sales targets and store KPI’s whilst upholding Zimmermann’s brand standards including store and visual presentation
- To ensure that an exemplary standard of client service is provided to Zimmermann’s clientele in line with the brand’s global vision.
- Acquire and grow the Zimmermann client database through engaging and maintaining professional client relationships.
- Ensure that a consistently high standard of visual presentation is achieved and reflective of the brand directives.
- Engaging in team training and development initiatives including product and brand knowledge, sustainability, diversity and Work Health Safety.
Skills, Experience and Knowledge
- Experience in a similar role ideally in the luxury sector or in a retail environment
- Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail
- Passion for the brand and Fashion retail industry
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English & Italian
- Categorie protette L. 68/99
