Client Advisor—Luxury Boutique (Forte Dei Marmi)
Grafton Fashion&Luxury is a specialized Gi Group branch dedicated to creating opportunities in the fashion and luxury sector.
Responsibilities
- Assisted sales and point of sale management.
- Customer welcoming and consultation.
- Clienteling, CRM management and storytelling of products and collections.
- Cash handling and customer loyalty activities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Client Advisor in assisted sales contexts with a strong customer focus.
- Orientation towards customer retention.
- Positive attitude, good standing$name and teamwork orientation.
- Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.
Working Hours
Full time (40 hours), Monday to Sunday on shifts.
Contract & Compensation
Temporary or permanent direct contract with the client company. CCNL: Commercial. Salary and benefits comm Raad1il with experience, incentive system, restaurant vouchers and company welfare.
Location
Forte Dei Marmi, Italy.
