CLIENT ADVISOR - ROME
LUXURY ITALIAN BRAND
OFFERING:
- Salary up to €30K, according to experience
- Great Benefits and Individual Commissions
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Stay up to date with collections, maintain a deep knowledge of products and aim to exceed targeted KPIs.
- Act as a brand ambassador, building relationships with new customers and VIP clientele.
- Provide excellent customer service with a strong focus on CRM, client book management and after-sales processes.
- Assist with all daily store operations, working closely with colleagues and management while maintaining impeccable standards on the sales floor, in the stockroom and in visual merchandising, in line with company guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 year's experience in a premium or luxury fashion industry
- Currently working with KPIs, CRM & clients appointments
- Fluent in English language
