About The Job

As a Client Advisor , you will be a brand ambassador and your mission will be to ensure that every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will strive to discover each client’s needs and guide them through the brand. You will be proactive in reaching out to your clients in order to achieve both individual and team goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team objectives while being accountable for sales results.
• Welcome every client and provide the best client experience.
• Support clients in purchasing all LV products.
• Develop long‑term relationships with clients, leveraging different client‑eling tools to promote brand loyalty.
• Give your best in teamwork and participate in all activities that contribute to the overall goals of the boutique.
• Learn to master the Brand and develop in‑depth product knowledge.
• Respect Louis Vuitton brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

Profile

Requirements

• Strong clienteling skills and previous experience in retail.
• Curiosity, empathy, agility, and a commercial mindset.
• Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility and problem‑solving abilities.
• Availability to work on weekends.
• Proficiency in English and German; knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.
• Good knowledge of Excel and ease in using IT systems.
