We are looking for a passionate and customer‑focused Client Advisor to join our boutique located in Fiumicino Airport . As a key member of our sales team, you will play an essential role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience in a dynamic, international travel environment, building lasting client relationships, and representing our brand’s values through impeccable service.
Your Contribution
- Provide a personalized and outstanding shopping experience to every client, proudly representing the brand’s values in a fast‑paced airport setting.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients, including international travelers, by anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Stay informed about the latest product launches, trends, and brand knowledge to offer expert advice tailored to a global clientele.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and boutique sales targets, contributing to overall store success.
- Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure the boutique remains welcoming and aligned with brand standards, even in high‑traffic periods.
- Support stock management by ensuring product availability and assisting with merchandise replenishment.
- Handle customer transactions professionally, ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout experience within time‑sensitive contexts.
- Participate in boutique events and promotions to boost customer engagement and brand visibility among international travelers.
