Civil Supervisor - Senior

Responsibilities

• Supervision of civil activities on site, ensuring respect for times, costs, and quality.
• Supervising subcontractor teams.
• Coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitoring of technical drawings and project specifications.
• Management of resources and equipment.
• Control of safety and compliance with regulations.
• Preparation of technical reports, project documentation, and progress reports.

Technical Requirements

• Technical Diploma in Surveying or Degree in Engineering.
• Experience in complex projects such as steel mills, industrial plants, shopping centers.
• Experience in civil supervision of heavy structural civil works (in-situ and pre-fabricated reinforced concrete) in industrial contexts also including revamping.
• Knowledge of the executive phases.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, SAP2000, Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lead, problem solving and time management.
