Civil QC Supervisor

Position Purpose : As Civil QC Supervisor, reporting to the Quality Control Manager, you will be part of the Energy Carriers team at the Bioraffineria di Livorno project, managing and supporting a team of 5 personnel.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review Quality Control Plans related to civil activities.
• Ensure availability and adequacy of consumables, equipment, and instrumentation for civil works.
• Verify proper receipt, storage, calibration, handling, identification, and traceability of materials and equipment.
• Support the qualification evaluation of inspection personnel and verify work procedures, including those for special processes.
• Assist in defining QC Information System rules.
• Supervise and witness inspections, review reports, and verify documentation and quality records.
• Ensure inspections and tests are conducted according to plans, and relevant documentation is collected for mechanical completion and final approval.
• Oversee subcontracted activities, ensuring adherence to approved QC plans and proper documentation.
• Manage and verify the collection of test, control, and inspection documents, ensuring they are retrievable for the final As-Built dossier.
• Prepare the Quality Works dossier for final handover.
• Ensure NCR management processes are effective and in place.

Qualifications :

Languages : Italian and English.

Technical Skills : Knowledge of industry regulations and standards, data analysis, process management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving.

IT Skills : Database Management, System Administration.

Additional Information : Willingness to travel abroad based on project needs within the assigned scope.
