Civil QC Supervisor

Purpose of the position: As Civil QC Supervisor, you will report to the Quality Control Manager and be part of the Energy Carriers team within the Bioraffineria di Livorno project. You will manage and support a team of 5 people.

Responsibilities include:

• Checking Quality Control Plans related to civil activities
• Ensuring availability and adequacy of consumables, equipment, and instrumentation used for civil execution and control
• Verifying proper receipt, storage, preservation, calibration, handling, identification, and traceability of materials and equipment
• Supporting and evaluating the qualification of inspection personnel, verifying work procedures, including those for special processes
• Defining QC Information System rules
• Supervising and witnessing inspections, reviewing reports and documentation, and verifying collection of Quality Records
• Ensuring tests, controls, and inspections are performed according to plans, and relevant documentation is collected for mechanical completion and project documentation access
• Overseeing subcontracted activities to ensure compliance with approved plans and proper documentation collection
• Managing documents certifying tests, controls, and inspections, ensuring records are properly stored within the final As-Built dossier
• Preparing the Quality works dossier for final handover
• Ensuring the NCR management process is effective and in place

Education: Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

Experience: At least 10 years in a similar role within the oil and gas industry

Languages: Italian and English

Technical Skills: Knowledge of industry regulations and standards, data analysis, process management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

IT Skills: Database Management, System Administration
