Civil Project Manager - Senior

Responsibilities

• Support to the Technical Commercial Office for the definition of the technical section of contracts and the estimation of civil works budgets.
• Programming of the order through analysis of constructability and planning of internal and external activities.
• Follow-up with technical offices for civil engineering activities and analysis of executive project documentation.
• Preparation of technical specifications and purchase requests for sub-contracts and material supplies.
• Uniformation and alignment of technical-economic offers received from suppliers.
• Management of contracts with suppliers, monitoring SAL, invoices, and performances.
• Monitoring of civil works quantities and costs with the cost controller.
• Support to the Construction Manager in the management of external interface towards Clients, Authorities, and Consultants.
• Management of civil works supply objectives towards the Client.
• Support to construction sites during construction phases for problems related to supplies/sub-contracts.
• Closure of supply contracts and sub-contracts from a technical and economic point of view.

Technical Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in managing civil works of industrial plants.
• Experience in managing quality, accounting of civil works EPC industrial keys in hand.
• Ability to read and manage executive project documentation.
• Ability to draft specifications for tenders.
• Ability to manage technical and economic sub-contracts.
• Knowledge of Italian and European technical regulations.
• Knowledge of international regulations (American/English/etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of the technical and construction aspects of civil engineering works.
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package (advanced Word/Excel).
• Knowledge of Primavera or Microsoft Project software for planning.
• Knowledge of Naviswork software and/or other specific software for 3D model visualization and experience in BIM approach.
