Civil Engineer as Site Manager for FACTS plants (m/f/d)

Job location: Eboli (Italy)
Do you combine technical know-how, organizational skills and a feel for languages? Then as a site manager (m/f/d) you will play a key role in international projects in the field of FACTS systems - with a focus on quality, safety, deadline management and smooth interface coordination.
Construction supervision & quality assurance
Ensuring the professional and contractual execution of all construction work by subcontractors, including acceptance and quality control on site
Coordination of construction processes & interfaces
Close coordination with consortium partners, suppliers, authorities and clients to ensure smooth project progress and implementation of technical specifications (TS)
Schedule & progress control
Ongoing monitoring of construction progress based on KPIs, identification of delays including root cause analysis and participation in acceleration and countermeasures
HSE & documentation
Responsibility for compliance with all HSE requirements on the construction site and ensuring complete, compliant construction documentation (incl. ICMMS)
Risk & claim management
Support in the identification and assessment of risks and opportunities as well as claim management - also in cooperation with the engineering team
Technical coordination & design coordination
Participation in the planning and evaluation of work and quality assurance plans, processing of RFI/RFE requests and escalation of design-relevant topics
Technical qualification:
Completed studies in the field of civil engineering or comparable technical training
Professional experience:
Several years of experience in construction management, construction supervision or project coordination in an industrial or infrastructural environment - ideally with international interfaces
Language skills:
Fluent written and spoken Italian and very good knowledge of English or German
Mobility & willingness to work:
High willingness to travel and a valid class B driver's license
Strong communication skills:
Excellent expressiveness and a confident demeanor – especially in Italian, including when interacting with authorities, partners, and clients
