Civil Construction Manager - Senior

Currently, we are strengthening our team within the Danieli Construction area .

Responsibilities

• Manage site materials.
• Maintain relationships with clients and communicate with HQ and other involved parties.
• Coordinate and control all site activities, respecting times, quality, and costs.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
• Study the contract and technical specifications.
• Cooperate with the Project Manager to define the work program.
• Manage site organization and logistics.
• Verify the progress of work and manage progress.
• Organize regular meetings and update documentation.

Technical Requirements

• Solid experience in structural civil construction sites, in industrial steel contexts or similar.
• Knowledge of construction needs and execution phases.
• Ability to manage sub-contractors in the civil field.
• Ability to coordinate civil supervisors and operational teams for the type of works (e.g. earth movements, reinforced concrete in situ, road works).
• Competence and experience in MEIP type assembly are considered a plus.
