Position
As an Ambassador of the Maison, he/she efficiently develops and optimises the boutique performance and profitability by managing the boutique team, ensuring excellence in boutique operations and ensuring the highest level of customer service throughout the store in line with Christian Dior expectations.
Job responsibilities
- Team Management and Boutique Performance Management
- Designs the optimum organization, recruits the right profiles and ensures proactively talent pipeline in his/her boutique.
- Drives performance and compensation management, ensures people development, motivates and reinforces engagement.
- Ensures the day‑to‑day management, training, coaching and motivation of the boutique team.
- Conducts and/or participates in regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, product knowledge, merchandising, and to convey other necessary information to management staff and associates.
- Facilitates proper communication between management and associates.
- Diagnoses and defines action plans to achieve Maison, boutique and category sales targets.
- Leads the implementation and monitoring of the action plans.
- Assigns and monitors sales goals of Sales Associates.
- Participates in the preparation of merchandise displays and presentations, applying merchandising concepts and guidelines.
- Optimises boutique performance and profitability through monitoring the boutique KPIs.
- Clientele Service and Management
- Participates in the coordination of sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales, trunk shows, contests, and proper use of in‑store signs advertising sales and promotions.
- Implements and monitors CRM programs and actions.
- Acts as an Ambassador of the Maison to build direct contact with VIPs.
- Boutique Operations & Administration
- Implements group, Maison and boutique policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Is responsible for the back‑office and administration of the boutique.
- Oversees compliance of associates with established Company policies and standards.
- Locks and secures the store and oversees compliance with all security procedures.
- Oversees boutique expenses.
- Helps solve problems that affect the department’s service, efficiency, and productivity.
- Gathers merchandise for transfers, damages, and returns‑to‑vendor.
- Oversees and participates in department inventories.
- Monitors proper pricing of merchandise.
- Minimises stock losses.
