- Manage Engineering Managers and DevOps
- Structure engineering career paths
- Drive performance and accountability
Architecture & Technical Standards
- Define and maintain architectural coherence
- Prevent uncontrolled technical debt
- Review major technical decisions
SDLC & DevOps
- Ensure CI/CD implementation
- Improve deployment frequency
- Improve system reliability
Talent & Scaling
- Recruit and grow engineering team
- Integrate a new engineering hub
- Improve developer productivity
Executive Contribution
- Contribute to overall company strategy
- Report directly to CEO
Competenze ed esperienza
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in low latency or multithreaded environments
- Experience managing 20+ engineers
- Strong background in C++ and backend systems
- Experience implementing modern DevOps practices
- Structured leadership style
- Preferred experience in the Fintech sector
- Fluency in English.
