Chief Technology Officer

Role

We are hiring a hands-on CTO to join the founding team and lead architecture, engineering, and technical execution across both products.

You will:

• Own technical direction and product architecture
• Lead and grow the engineering team
• Review code, make architectural decisions, and ship production systems
• Coordinate multiple product tracks across backend services and frontend applications
• Work directly with the Founder & CEO
• Join a beta-ready platform with an existing technical team to coordinate, scale, and evolve

What we need

• Hands-on experience shipping and operating a B2B SaaS product in production
• Proven experience with AI / LLM systems used by paying customers
• Hands-on engineering leadership: writes production code, performs code reviews, and drives architectural decisions
• Strong capability operating in fast-moving startup environments

• Founding-team role
• Milan-based preferred (2–3 days/week hybrid)
• Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO
• The CTO will inherit a beta-ready platform and an existing engineering team (in outsourcing), with responsibility to coordinate, scale, and evolve both technology and execution
