Chief Technology Officer - ERP Systems

At our organization, we are seeking an exceptional Technical Lead to join our development team. This is a key role that involves guiding technological choices, supporting teams in the development of solutions, and collaborating with functional stakeholders to ensure consistency between technical solutions and business processes.

• Lead technical decisions within ERP and Finance-related application projects;
• Coordinate and support development teams in defining and implementing solutions;
• Collaborate with functional stakeholders to gather and understand process requirements;
• Draft technical documentation, ensure architectural consistency, and analyze the impact of design choices;
• Oversee development, integration, testing, and release phases;
• Actively participate in ERP system migration projects, as well as in the development or refactoring of Finance-related applications.

We are looking for a technically skilled professional with strong business orientation, capable of transforming operational needs into robust, scalable, and sustainable application architectures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect in the ERP / Finance domain;
• In-depth knowledge of key finance processes;
• Strong technical expertise in ERP solutions (preferably Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion);
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and major Agile project management methodologies;
• Technical or functional certifications in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.);
• Experience in enterprise or consulting environments;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders;
• Good command of the English language.
