About the Opportunity

We are recruiting highly accomplished Senior Scientists across automation, advanced materials, chemistry, energy, and biomedicine. Candidates may join on a full‑time basis or participate through flexible, remote part‑time collaboration.

You will work closely with leading research teams and industry partners to drive cutting‑edge scientific innovation, breakthrough technologies, and research‑to‑industry translation.

Full‑time Position

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning of research directions and major scientific projects
• Build and manage a research team; supervise PhD students and master’s students
• Drive fundamental research and key technology development
• Publish high‑impact research papers and file patents
• Collaborate with industry, research institutes, and academic partners on joint projects
• Contribute to platform development, team building, and long‑term research capacity

Qualifications

• PhD degree with strong research accomplishments in one of the target fields
• Academic or industry experience equivalent to Assistant/Associate/Full Professor or senior R&D scientist
• Proven track record of high‑impact publications or key technology breakthroughs
• Experience in research team leadership or major project applications is preferred
• Ability to work on‑site full time

Key Responsibilities (Remote Collaboration)

• Participate as a remote scientific collaborator on joint research projects

• Attend regular online meetings to support project progress
• Optional short‑term visits for on‑site communication when needed

Qualifications (Remote Collaboration)

• PhD or equivalent senior research background from a university, research institute, or industry
• Strong publication record or technological expertise in the relevant field
• Ability to contribute a stable amount of time each month for research collaboration
• Ability to work in English or Chinese
