A fast-growing European technology company in the digital risk and fraud prevention space is hiring a Chief Sales Officer to lead its sales strategy and drive revenue growth.


The business delivers data-driven intelligence solutions to help organisations strengthen financial crime controls.

This role will be responsible for scaling the sales function, building high-performing teams, and accelerating commercial growth across key markets.


Responsibilities

  • Define, own, and execute the company’s overall sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth objectives
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high performing sales team across multiple segments and geographies
  • Build and nurture long term relationships with key customers, partners, and strategic stakeholder
  • Identify new revenue opportunities through market analysis, customer insights, and competitive intelligence


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role
  • Strong expertise in the Fraud Prevention/Financial Crime industry
  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and scale high performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Data driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform sales strategy and decision making
