Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the Italian subsidiary from the ground up, establishing the local organization and operational structure.
• Define and execute the market strategy, including sales targets, product positioning, marketing initiatives, and budget planning.
• Develop and expand a high-performing dealer network across the Italian market.
• Lead market analysis, competitive positioning, and regional business negotiations.
• Oversee core business functions including sales, after-sales, product, brand, and dealer operations.
• Drive the successful launch of key vehicle models and take full ownership of commercial performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and finance teams to support residual value strategies and sustainable market growth.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience within the automotive industry.
• Strong operational and commercial management background.
• Deep understanding of the Italian automotive market, dealer networks, and distribution systems.
• Previous experience in a senior leadership role within a global automotive OEM.
• Financial management experience is considered a strong advantage.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on leadership approach.
• Proven ability to build operations and teams from scratch in fast-paced environments.
