Chief Operating Officer

On behalf of a fast-growing entrepreneurial company operating in the digital and creator economy , we are seeking a Chief Operating Officer who will work closely with the Founder to support the operational management and continued development of the business.

The company is a dynamic and rapidly expanding organization operating internationally in the areas of digital marketing, influencer marketing and branded content , with a highly scalable business model and a lean, performance-driven organizational structure.

The COO, reporting directly to the Founder and Chairman , will be responsible for leading and structuring the operational execution of the company, ensuring that business growth is supported by processes, organization and management systems that are appropriate for the company’s stage of development.

The role will work in close partnership with the Founder and CEO , helping translate strategic direction into clear, measurable and sustainable operational objectives .

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization’s day-to-day operations.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear and measurable operational plans .
• Design and implement scalable processes and organizational structures to support business growth.
• Support the evolution of the company’s structure as it progresses through different growth stages.

Leadership Team Coordination

• Oversee and coordinate the activities of the company’s core functions (marketing, commercial, technology, operations, finance and people).
• Define and monitor clear performance indicators for each area.
• Foster strong alignment and collaboration across departments.

Process and Performance Management

• Introduce and monitor performance management systems based on clear KPIs.
• Implement structured and repeatable operational processes.
• Develop reporting tools and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.

Supporting Business Growth and Scalability

• Identify and remove operational or organizational bottlenecks.
• Improve process efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Help build a managerial structure capable of supporting the company’s future scale.

Management Cadence and Execution Culture

• Organize and facilitate regular leadership meetings.
• Continuously monitor company performance metrics.
• Promote a culture focused on results, ownership and continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in Operations, General Management or COO roles.
• A track record in entrepreneurial or high-growth environments.
• Experience structuring and scaling organizations.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on KPIs, performance metrics and business economics.
• The ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments.
• A pragmatic, hands‑on and solution-oriented leadership style.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and coordination skills.

Experience in digital, marketing, media, technology platforms or other high-growth sectors will be considered a strong advantage.

Compensation Package

• Base salary, depending on experience.
• Significant variable component, linked to company growth and performance targets.
• Potential long-term incentive (LTI) mechanisms.
