Tasks & Responsibilities
Supporting Southern Europe General Manager:

  • Creating a strong relationship and trust with our Head Office and Boutique teams
  • Managing and coordinating transversal and pan-regional projects
  • Supporting General Manager in business development & commercial topics,
  • Preparation and involvement in Business Reviews & Business Presentations
  • Support in operational retail tasks (boutique openings/ pop-ups)
  • Close collaboration with different departments (Marketing, Operations, Training, VM, Finance, HR…)
  • Ongoing projects:follow-up of NPS and CX (client satisfaction)
  • Issue and analyse monthly reports (Try on Rates, Traffic related KPIs, Recruitment, Cross Selling) and Peers Benchmarking, competitor analyses and provide recommendation to ensure that staffing is in line with the respective Store’s customer traffic and support increase in customer conversion rates together with Operations and HR
  • Organize periodical Store Performance Catch-ups to report on progress and discuss action plans
Missions
  • You hold a Master’s degree and have at least 10 years of experience in the field of Retail performance and/or project coordination
  • You have a perfect command of MS Office package and are digital savvy
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and are recognized for your capacity for organization and agility
  • You have a strong spirit of initiative and autonomy, are curious for innovation, show flexibility, and have a solution-oriented mindset
  • You are enjoying the rhythm of a high-paced environment
  • Client-centric and hands-on mentality
  • Your Italian and English skills are fluent
