YOUR ROLE

We are looking for someone responsible for the operational reliability , service quality , and sustainable evolution of Kirey’s IT ecosystem.

This role requires a strong execution mindset combined with a pragmatic transformational vision, ensuring that innovation is always business-driven, governable, and scalable.

The CIO will play a key role in ensuring operational stability, governing the international rollout of core platforms (including ERP Cloud), and supporting business growth through standardization, scalability, and effective digital adoption


Responsibilities

  • Ensure business continuity and high availability of core IT services
  • Govern the cloud-based ecosystem (ERP, collaboration platforms, application landscape, development environments)
  • Guarantee performance, stability, and responsiveness of mission-critical systems
  • Supervise the international rollout of key platforms, particularly ERP Cloud
  • Ensure consistency, standardization, and quality of IT processes across countries
  • Manage system integrations and data flows
  • Define and govern the IT service delivery model (internal and external)
  • Manage technology vendors and partners
  • Establish clear service metrics, SLAs, and performance KPIs
  • Introduce innovation in a structured and sustainable way
  • Improve operational efficiency, time-to-market, and overall service quality
  • Support automation, simplification, and rationalization initiatives
  • Lead and develop the IT team
  • Build a culture of accountability, quality, and collaboration
  • Foster internal capability growth
