Partner COO – PBSA & Co-Living Platform

At the heart of our new PBSA venture is a simple belief: when students feel at home, everything else follows. We're looking for a Partner COO who gets this — someone who sees operations not as an end in itself, but as the foundation for genuine human connection. This role is for a community builder first. Someone who wakes up thinking about how to make 200 students feel seen, supported, and part of something. You understand that a well-designed common space, a thoughtful event, or a simple check-in can change someone's entire experience of living away from home for the first time. You'll partner with an experienced PBSA & co-living CEO to build an OpCo where wellbeing is the metric that matters most — and where operational excellence exists to serve the people living in our spaces, not the other way around. You might be the right fit if: You have hands-on experience in student housing or co-living — this is essential xpavfwm You lead with empathy and build trust naturally, with residents and teams alike You know how to create communities that actually feel like communities You're entrepreneurial, adaptable, and energised by building from scratch If student wellbeing is your north star and you've done this before, we want to meet you.
