Job Description

• Designing and structuring processes, procedures, and activities across the entire Finance, Accounting and Controlling function.
• Defining and implementing a management control and reporting framework focused on monitoring the company's economic, financial and balance‑sheet performance, in support of the corporate strategy.
• Introducing and overseeing budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes, which are critical in a fast‑growing organization.
• Developing KPI dashboards to enable structured monitoring of operational and financial performance.
• Preparing periodic reporting for management and shareholders, including margin, cash flow and profitability analysis, ensuring transparency, reliability and timeliness in strategic decision‑making.
• Leading the digitalization of administrative and financial processes, integrating Business Intelligence tools and automated control solutions.
• Ensuring the accuracy of accounting records and financial statements, as well as the timely fulfillment of tax and corporate compliance requirements, in full adherence to applicable regulations.
• Managing corporate finance activities, including the development of the treasury function, liquidity monitoring, optimization of working capital and Net Financial Position (NFP), as well as supporting extraordinary transactions (M&A, refinancing, post‑acquisition integration), while ensuring compliance with financing agreements.
• Supporting the investor in M&A activities driven by the external growth strategy, directly managing post‑merger integration.
• Managing relationships with external advisors, auditors and financial stakeholders, ensuring high standards of reliability and professionalism.
• Building and leading the Finance, Accounting and Controlling team, developing skills and capabilities in line with the company's growth

The Successful Applicant

• Strong experience in the role of Chief Financial Officer, preferably gained within companies backed by Private Equity funds.
• Previous experience within the Finance, Accounting and Controlling function in organizations operating in the IT services sector (preferred but not mandatory).
• Well‑established expertise across the entire Finance, Accounting and Controlling function, with proven experience in building and developing structured organizations, and a solid background in controlling, reporting and corporate finance.
• Experience in managing add‑on projects, including the execution of M&A transactions and the related post‑merger integration activities.
• In‑depth knowledge of financial reporting for institutional investors, as well as familiarity with structured finance transactions.
• Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, high‑growth environments, with a strong results‑driven and value‑creation mindset.
• Proven leadership, authority and team‑management skills, developed through senior management roles with significant responsibility.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
