TRUSTWISE Solutions is assisting one of its partners looking for talented CFO having 10+ years of experience in Industries. Final customer as international group (Turnover < 1Bln EUR). Position based in Northern Italy.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in North Italy for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, managing financial reporting, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include analysing financial data, developing strategies to optimize financial performance, supervising accounting teams, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization’s senior leadership. The role requires a proactive approach to decision-making, with a focus on financial sustainability and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Planning and Finance, with the ability to develop and implement effective financial strategies
• Deep understanding of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including preparing and interpreting complex reports
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data and provide insightful recommendations for organizational growth
• Proven experience in managing and leading financial teams with excellent organizational and leadership capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA certification is highly desirable
• Exceptional communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in a similar leadership role in a fast-paced environment is considered an advantage
