Opportunity

Pacific Talent Partners are excited to be partnering with one of Australia’s most reputable and recognisable not-for-profit organisations in the search for a Chief Financial Officer. This role offers the opportunity to provide strategic financial leadership to support growth and long‑term sustainability, working closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to shape strategy and key decisions. The CFO will lead business partnering across operational teams, particularly within nursing and service delivery, while overseeing accounting, reporting, compliance, and audit to maintain strong governance. The role also covers budgeting, forecasting, risk, and procurement, alongside leading and developing a high‑performing finance team within a collaborative, values‑driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic financial leadership to support organisational growth and sustainability
  • Partner with the CEO and ELT to inform strategy and key decision‑making
  • Lead business partnering across operational teams, particularly nursing and service delivery
  • Oversee the accounting function, including reporting, compliance, and audit processes
  • Maintain strong governance frameworks and ensure continued delivery of clean audits
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Oversee and mature the risk and governance function
  • Support procurement and contract management capability uplift
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing finance team
  • Foster a collaborative, values‑driven culture aligned with the Foundation’s mission
