• Minimum 5 years experience in financial Audit or accounting dept of an Insurance company
• Solid knowledge of financial statement (insurance , bank or financial services sectors)
• Insurance sector regulatory and fiscal understanding
• Degree in Economics
• English is required – French is a plus
• Proactive and reactive person
• Problem solving and spirit of initiative
• Good MS-Office knowledge

The CFO monitors and controls all the activities in the area Finance including general and analytical accounting, management control, fiscal, treasury and reporting. Defines technical standards and rules management and organizational function to ensure the accuracy of accounting and compliance with deadlines.

• Perform the monthly closure for the 2 branches (French Gaap) with good quality precision and on time
• Performs the regulatory and fiscal reporting for the 2 branches (Italian Gaap)
• Right understanding of IFRS17 results
• Perform controlling and budgeting activities
• Find the right instruments to mitigate the operational and financial risks
• Manage the relations with banks, fiscal consultant, reinsurer and other financial and accounting counterpart
• Treasury and bank account management
• Management of actuarial team (Life – Non life)
• Management of HR specialist
• Management of a team of 15 persons
