Job Summary

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in North Italy for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, manage financial reporting, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Analyse financial data, develop strategies to optimise financial performance, supervise accounting teams, and provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership.
• Adopt a proactive approach to decision‑making, focusing on financial sustainability and long‑term growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in financial planning and finance with the ability to develop and implement effective financial strategies.
• Deep understanding of financial statements and financial reporting, including preparing and interpreting complex reports.
• Strong analytical skills to assess financial data and provide insightful recommendations for organisational growth.
• Proven experience in managing and leading financial teams with excellent organisational and leadership capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA certification highly desirable).
• Exceptional communication and decision‑making skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in a similar leadership role in a fast‑paced environment is considered an advantage.
