Our client is a leading manufacturer in the packaging sector, based in the Piedmont region of Italy . The company specializes in high-quality flexible and multi-layer films, leveraging advanced production technologies to deliver tailored, performance-driven solutions. With a strong focus on operational excellence and sustainable growth, it is positioned for continued development under visionary leadership.
We are currently seeking a Chief Executive Officer to take over the management of the company and assume responsibility for organizational transformation, operational efficiency improvement, and sustainable growth.
KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE:
- Ensure a clear, structured, and efficient operating model.
- Systematically increase production and operational efficiency by maximizing the use of existing infrastructure and technological capabilities.
- Drive the company’s strategic development while ensuring smooth process execution and technological advancement.
- Increase profitability through process optimization and cost control.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assume full strategic and operational responsibility for an organization of approximately 100 employees.
- Lead the management team, ensuring aligned functional performance and achievement of common goals.
- Optimize production processes and operations by fully leveraging infrastructure and technological capacity.
- Implement clear decision-making and performance management mechanisms, ensuring data-driven management.
- Strengthen operational standardization, process discipline, and financial control.
- Ensure company profitability, effective cost management, and sustainable growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across the organization.
- Provide leadership to the commercial team, establishing performance goals, enhancing sales processes, and ensuring strategy and operations work seamlessly together.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive leadership experience in senior executive roles within manufacturing companies.
- Proven experience in business transformation, performance improvement, and process restructuring.
- Strong financial acumen: P&L management, cost structure, return on investment.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational management.
- Experience working with shareholders, demonstrating clear accountability and autonomy.
- Ability to operate effectively in a culturally diverse environment.
- Excellent command of English.
