Overview
Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Chief engineer for a 50m yacht. We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to join a newly built 50m private vessel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily engineering operations and addressing any technical issues that may arise.
Requirements
- Y3-III/3 or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar role on yachts
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- AVIT/ETO knowledge a plus
- IDEA knowledge beneficial
- Happy to assist on deck when necessary
Start date: Early October
Location: Ancona, Italy
Salary: EUR 8000
Leave: 2:2 rotation
Shared Cabin
Private vessel- with dual season operations- Summer Med- Winter US cruising TBC
