Job Description Summary :

The Chief Data Officer provides technical and strategic expertise in multichannel projects and has a leading role in the construction of the Data offer of Havas Media Group.

She / he will accelerate and drive the Data Driven Transformation strategy for our Clients, collaborating with internal Client, Intelligence and Product departments.

She / He works to ensure the best agency positioning on market around Data, accelerating the creation of valuable products and data driven solutions.

Job Description :

• Define - in collaboration with local Board - the vision of the Agency on data strategy and analysis “as is” situation as well as “to be” goals highlighting the necessary investments (talents and tech stacks)
• Define a proper roadmap to ensure the growth of Agency business on data driven projects, build a plan to reinforce internal data capabilities and expertise across all functions
• Define annual budget for all data related activities
• Connect and align the activities of all internal teams working on data (measurement, research, strategy, product ) in order to assure common objectives and an effective cooperation
• Connect and lead the relationship with Clients in order to collect their needs and define a proper data strategy for each brand, working in close collaboration with internal client teams
• Lead the creation of data content and data driven digital strategy for new business pitches and for up-selling projects
• Lead the creation of relevant use cases and case histories, highlighting the best results of the Agency on data driven activities
• Keep a constant and wide “learning approach”, in order to anticipate changes and evolutions on market and be able to act as a consultant for our Clients in defining their future data strategy

The successful individual in this role must be a stellar team player, able to inspire both internal teammates and Clients on a common vision and to build strong relationships and an effective and reliable storytelling.
