We are seeking a Senior CRM Executive to lead our global CRM strategy and drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing a comprehensive CRM strategy, monitoring and analyzing performance throughout the customer lifecycle, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a high-performing team, as well as excellent project management and communication capabilities.

Key qualifications include 7–10 years of experience in CRM strategy and execution, solid background in marketing, business, communication, or management engineering, and proficiency in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
