What You’ll Do

As our Head of Sales, you’ll define and lead the commercial roadmap of the company. This is a high-impact, senior leadership role overseeing all revenue channels, including affiliate acquisition, partner management, and B2B monetization. You’ll bring clarity, energy, and foresight to a growing sales division ready to scale.

This is more than a sales role — it’s about shaping the future of our commercial success through data-driven decisions, strong market instincts, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Commercial Strategy: Lead the vision, design, and execution of the company’s global commercial strategy. Identify new market opportunities, commercial trends, and competitive insights.
  • Revenue Ownership: Drive and oversee all revenue-generating activities — from affiliate channels to strategic partnerships.
  • Affiliate Network Growth: Strengthen and scale our affiliate ecosystem, ensuring alignment between partner performance, acquisition goals, and long-term retention.
  • Partner Ecosystem: Build, nurture, and expand relationships with key commercial partners including operators, platforms, and solution providers.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and lead growth into new regions and verticals, balancing opportunity with compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Cross-Team Alignment: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Data, Product, and Operations to unlock synergies across acquisition and engagement funnels.
  • KPI Ownership: Translate data into action. You’ll monitor affiliate revenue, traffic quality, FTD trends, and campaign ROI — and use this insight to drive commercial strategy.
  • Team Development: Mentor and grow a high-performing commercial team with clear targets and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in senior commercial leadership roles, with at least 3 years in iGaming.
  • Deep understanding of affiliate models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) and sales funnels.
  • Demonstrated success in growing revenues, entering new markets, and leading monetization strategy.
  • Strong grasp of iGaming regulatory environments across global markets.
  • Proven team leader with experience managing cross-functional sales teams.
  • Fluent in KPIs, market data, and partner performance metrics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and commercial negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on and solutions-focused with a strategic mindset.
