ACS DOBFAR S.p.A., multinazionale italiana, leader nella produzione di API e Prodotti Finiti, è alla ricerca di un Chemical QC Junior Analyst da inserire presso il nostro stabilimento di Verona.
Position Summary:
The Analytical Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of analytical and chemical-physical tests to support product release, stability studies, validation activities, and market complaint investigations. The role ensures that all laboratory activities are conducted in compliance with GMP, HSE, and internal quality standards, contributing to the reliability and integrity of analytical results and to the continuous improvement of laboratory operations.
Main Activities expected by the Job:
- Performs analytical testing for release and stability purposes on APIs, excipients, semi-finished, and finished products.
- Executes In-Process Controls (IPC) in accordance with local SOPs.
- Conducts HPLC, NIR, IR, UV, GC, KF, and pH analyses.
- Performs analytical testing to support validation and analytical transfer activities.
- Conducts chemical-physical testing related to market complaints.
- Ensures proper archiving of release samples for semi-finished and finished products.
- Supports the integration and alignment of activities across the business unit.
- Reviews test results to verify adherence to analytical methods and compliance with product specifications.
- Escalates analytical issues or atypical/out-of-specification (OOS) results to the supervisor and contributes to initial investigations.
- Ensures compliance with current GMP and analytical method SOPs.
- Follows current HSE SOPs and laboratory safety guidance, and uses personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Maintains a high standard of laboratory housekeeping.
- Keeps personal training records up to date and ensures they are regularly reviewed and signed by the supervisor.

Mandatory Requirements of the Job :
- High school diploma in chemistry or equivalent, Degree in Chemistry or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in chemical analytical laboratories
Working hours:
Shift work from Monday to Friday – 6:00 am–2:00 pm / 1:00 pm–9:00 pm
