Job Description


  • Being responsible for the preparation and implementation of the catering service
  • Checking that the room is always set up according to company standards and LQA standards
  • Monitor and ensure the smooth running of the service
  • Ensuring the accuracy and correct presentation of menus
  • Ensure that guests are welcomed, guided and seated and that the quality of service is maintained
  • Keeping track of guest feedback
  • Contributing to the development of the hotel's image quality
  • Ensure a warm welcome and experience for guests
  • Listening to guests and providing solutions tailored to their needs
  • Being responsible on issues of safety (material and human), ‘breakage’ and other ‘waste’
  • Being responsible for ensuring that materials and equipment are maintained and used correctly
  • Actively cooperate with one's own colleagues and with colleagues in other departments
  • Have a positive and friendly attitude within the team

  • Previous experience of at least 2 years in the same role within a 5-star luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
  • Excellent table service skills and knowledge of mise en place, filleting, carving, and flambé techniques.
  • Fluent in Italian and English ; knowledge of a third language is considered a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills , with a proven ability to anticipate and meet guest needs.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism , with a strong team spirit and the ability to collaborate effectively with both the front-of-house team and the kitchen brigade.
  • Knowledge and application of international service standards and HACCP regulations.
  • Passion for luxury hospitality , enthusiasm, and a strong willingness to grow professionally in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
