In accordo e sotto la supervisione dell’Executive Chef la risorsa :

- deve avere l’abilità di ricoprire in assenza dei capo partita tutte le partite

- controlla la peculiarità e la presentazione delle varie portate

- supporta la brigata in caso di necessità

- collabora con la brigata nel riordino e nella pulizia del propri posto di lavoro

In agreement with and under the supervision of the Executive Chef, the candidate:

• Must be able to cover all kitchen sections in the absence of the section chefs.
• Ensures the quality and presentation of the various dishes.
• Supports the kitchen brigade when necessary.
• Collaborates with the team in cleaning and organizing their workstation.
