Chef De Partie - Season 2026

In accordo e sotto la supervisione dell’Executive Chef, la risorsa:
- è responsabile per l'esecuzione della propria partita
- sceglie gli ingredienti rispettando gli standard di qualità stabiliti
- misura le dosi seguendo le procedure previste
- controlla la peculiarità e la presentazione delle diverse portate
- supporta la brigata in caso di necessità
- collabora con il resto della brigata nel riordino e nella pulizia del proprio posto di lavoro a fine servizio

In agreement and under the supervision of the Executive Chef, the resource:
- is responsible for the execution of his own game
- chooses the ingredients respecting the established quality standards
- measure the doses following the prescribed procedures
- check the peculiarity and presentation of the different courses
- supports the brigade in case of need
- collaborates with the rest of the brigade in tidying up and cleaning their workplace at the end of the service
