Chassis Control System & Software Engineer* High competence and the passion for new challenges make our Electrics/Electronics division the guidepost to the automotive future. Take your next step and support our team. We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Chassis Control System & Software Engineer to provide high quality support to our customers This will make you grow:

Lead the development of advanced chassis control functions, defining system requirements and objectives while acting as the technical interface for customers on chassis control software topics; Manage complex ECU and software integration scenarios involving OEMs and Tier1 suppliers; Define and manage functional requirements for chassis control applications ensuring traceability and consistency; Define software architecture concepts and interface strategies ensuring scalability and traceability from system requirements through Simulink models and validation activities; Drive chassis control software development and integration using Model-Based Development (MATLAB/Simulink), coordinating implementation, release activities, and timelines with internal teams and external partners; Monitor software timing plans, maturity indicators and project milestones; Lead issue management, KPM analysis, root cause investigation and corrective action deployment

And this is how you'll take us forward:

You have a technical degree, preferably in Electronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Control Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent; You have at least 3-5 years of experience in automotive electric/electronics systems, including vehicle architectures, ECUs networks and technologies in general; You have a strong passion for cars and automotive business in general, with a special focus on new technologies, trends and innovation; You have strong experience in Model-Based Development using MATLAB/Simulink and software V-cycle processes; You have proven experience defining system, functional and software requirements with full traceability management; You have good planning and self-management skills, and you are used to achieving of goals in prearranged deadlines while balancing multiple demands and shifting priorities; Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken);

Total compensation:

Contract type: Permanent Gross annual salary (RAL): €35K – €45K (determined on the basis of objective, neutral, and verifiable criteria) Smart working: individual remote working agreements Working hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) with flexibility
