What You’ll Do
As a Chartered Management Degree Apprentice, you’ll take on a supervisory role from day one, gaining hands‑on experience leading teams, managing operations, and making decisions that drive results.
- Lead and supervise teams, overseeing day‑to‑day operations
- Support and develop team members through training, coaching, and mentoring
- Manage projects to achieve defined objectives and timelines
- Analyse business data to inform decisions and drive improvement
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and build cross‑functional relationships
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with business goals
- Identify and manage risks to ensure successful delivery
- Foster an inclusive, ethical, and high‑performing work environment

Eligibility & Requirements
The apprenticeship requires:
- UK national, non‑UK national with right to work in the UK, or EU national with settled status in the UK
- Live in the UK, EEA country, or British Overseas Territory for at least 3 years prior to commencement
- Be resident in the UK for the duration of the programme
- Not registered on another UK government‑funded course ending August 2026 or later
- At least 18 years old before entering an Amazon building
- Minimum 5 GCSEs C grade (grade 4) or above, including Maths and English
- 3 A Levels at grade C or above (or equivalent)
- At least 2 years supervisory experience (essential), including oversight of projects, operations, budgets, or teams
- Statement of Comparability if previous qualifications were obtained outside the UK
- This is a 30‑month fixed‑term contract; you must not already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level
- Assumes little or no prior knowledge of the occupation
