What You’ll Do

As a Chartered Management Degree Apprentice, you’ll take on a supervisory role from day one, gaining hands‑on experience leading teams, managing operations, and making decisions that drive results.

• Support and develop team members through training, coaching, and mentoring
• Manage projects to achieve defined objectives and timelines
• Analyse business data to inform decisions and drive improvement

Eligibility & Requirements

The apprenticeship requires:

• UK national, non‑UK national with right to work in the UK, or EU national with settled status in the UK
• Live in the UK, EEA country, or British Overseas Territory for at least 3 years prior to commencement
• Be resident in the UK for the duration of the programme
• Not registered on another UK government‑funded course ending August 2026 or later
• At least 18 years old before entering an Amazon building
• Minimum 5 GCSEs C grade (grade 4) or above, including Maths and English
• 3 A Levels at grade C or above (or equivalent)
• At least 2 years supervisory experience (essential), including oversight of projects, operations, budgets, or teams
• Statement of Comparability if previous qualifications were obtained outside the UK
• This is a 30‑month fixed‑term contract; you must not already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level
• Assumes little or no prior knowledge of the occupation
