With a strong international presence and advanced technology, we’re now expanding rapidly in South Europe growing solar + ESS market — and we’re looking for a Channel Sales Manager to help us build lasting partnerships and drive growth.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and grow distribution networks across South Europe for solar inverters, battery storage, and hybrid systems.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage local partners, EPCs, and system integrators .
  • Deliver on sales targets and expand our market presence.
  • Conduct market analysis and track competitor activities to shape strategy.
  • Work closely with technical support and marketing teams to ensure partner success.
  • Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions .
  • Report on sales performance and provide market feedback to HQ.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or Business .
  • 3+ years’ experience in channel/distribution sales in the solar or energy storage sector.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales & partner management .
  • Strong understanding of European renewable energy ecosystem .
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Italian .
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for green energy .
