We are recruiting a Legal Counsel Channel to join our Global Legal Team and support our Italy operations .

How you will contribute:

You will deliver legal, regulatory, and compliance services, acting as a strategic business partner for our Channel (indirect) Business. Your responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and reviewing contracts and terms, supporting negotiations
  • Developing templates
  • Supporting claims and overseeing litigation
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and policies
  • Providing training and managing compliance programs
  • Monitoring regulatory requirements
  • Providing additional legal support as needed

Your profile:

We seek a candidate who is comfortable in a digital environment, values social justice and sustainability, and has proven experience in an in-house legal role, preferably in sectors like Hi-tech, Energy, Construction, or Renewables. The ideal candidate:

  • Is a qualified lawyer with a Master of Laws or equivalent and at least four years' PQE in commercial law, focusing on indirect/channel/reseller business
  • Is fluent in English and technologically adept
  • Has excellent communication skills, is commercially minded, organized, and team-oriented
  • Can work independently and handle large workloads
