Channel Lawyer

We are recruiting a Legal Counsel Channel to join our Global Legal Team and support our Italy operations .

How you will contribute:

You will deliver legal, regulatory, and compliance services, acting as a strategic business partner with a focus on our Channel (indirect) Business . Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing and reviewing contracts, supporting negotiations
• Creating templates
• Handling claims and overseeing litigation
• Ensuring compliance with laws and policies
• Providing training and managing compliance programs
• Monitoring regulatory changes
• Providing additional legal support as needed

Your profile:

We're seeking a candidate who is comfortable in a digital environment, committed to social justice and sustainability, and experienced in an in-house legal role. The ideal candidate will proactively collaborate with stakeholders to analyze issues and deliver legal solutions.

Requirements include:

• Qualified lawyer with a Master of Laws or equivalent, with at least four years of PQE in commercial law, especially in indirect/channel/reseller sectors, preferably in Hi-tech, Energy, Construction, or Renewables
• Fluent in English with strong tech skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; capable of working independently and managing large workloads
