Our Sales teams help to deliver Vestacy's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality brands possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have hundreds of salespeople across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop the channel strategy from brand strategy, manages distribution priorities and placement as well as pricing and promotional strategy
  • Help us make the right long term business decisions
  • Build channel and customer strategy based on shopper insights
  • Paint a picture of what success looks like for each customer in grocery channel
  • Provide in store data for all the categories
  • Create a synergic flow between Key Account/NAM and oustourced sell-out team helping them with specific yearly plan for customer when in store action is needed to ensure timings are respected and numbers at all levels are in line with expectation
  • Create a synergic flow between NAM and Key Account, working side by side in the forecast process
  • Tracking the compliance of sales execution to the Category and Brand guidelines (e.g. identification of gaps by cluster on assortment, MSL, shelf placement etc) and activate recovery plans

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor / Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG or relevant experience in Trade Marketing and Sales/Key Account Mgmt
  • Fluency in English

Analytical and problem-solving skills, strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities, capacity to build trustful relationship in all levels of organisation, ownership, independence.
